Really brilliant, especially for an 11 year old
May you have another 11 years of fun here on Planet Z
"Mr B"
BTW - are you worried about the bottle of Talisker being discovered?

Ups, sorry Chris, I totally underestimated that you have been here for 11 years already; your music let me blind for a moment.
Congratulations so, for these 11 years of age!

Ha,
I've just noticed that I'm only about 6 weeks off my 11th birthday too.
Don't expect an upload like Chris's though - I'll be mountain biking in Scotland that week
Really clever track as always Chris. Well done.

Re: I am 11
Thanks for your listening.
I am glad you like it.
Some infos about the track, if you like:
The atmosphere at the beginning is a forest field recording, some birds, trees, wind pitched up and down by few octaves, its funny how bird singing sounds when you pitch it down.
Mainly the track is a remix on a stereo sum track from a live session we had. I only prepared the 'forest' atmo.
Then I decided to add the choirs later, a multi layer choir with a well tempered phaser on it.
Second I throw in the arps which were on a second track I had from that session.
That arps use a analog style of delay with some tube saturation, I changed the delay time due the remix from 0.1ms up to 1 second, played with it, it makes it 'morph' through modulation like effects and pure delay.
I really like the depth of the track, recently I use the panorama plug in from Wave Arts, for '3D' positioning and panorama trails, the plug comes also with a doppler effect when the source passes your head quick enough, can be heard on the short piano sequence.
Together with the panorama thingy I tend to place sounds in depth of our listening room by using different instances of the same reverb on the track busses. The difference on the reverbs are different pre delay settings, the farer the sound should be the shorter the pre delay is.
Looking forward to the next years to come...
cheers

Re: I am 11
Sorry bebecrystal, I have overseen your question.
I was lucky to use the native version of Lexicon Reverbs on the whole session remix. They are great but to expensive for my taste.
If I remember right it is the random hall reverb w/ a preset I made, the tip on all was automating the Aux level of the reverb due the whole track live.
