I have upgraded from a Delta 1010 and am very satisfied with the sound quality improvement--recorded material seems to have a more spacious, open quality.
Just wondering if others have made the swich from other, possibly more high-end cards, and what your thoughts are. Thanks in advance. . .
A16 Ultra. . .let's hear your thoughts, users

Hi,
Yeah I've had mine for a few months now and I must say that I'm extremely pleased with it. The AD quality is great, comparing with my old Korg 1212i/o, and my DA30mkII DAT. Having the full 16 i/o's has already proved a luxury as I've got enough spare to route to outboard FX (in realtime.......I love that), or to feed DAT/MD/Cass etc etc simultaniously.
When I finally got the A16 it kinda forced me to build a patchbay, (I sold my real mixer & external DAW's), but I'm glad I knuckled down and did it, now the work rate's gone up, I can patch any two bits of gear together, and my overall sound quality has noticably improved.
All I need now is a Logic Control.......(gotta sell more stuff)
