I use sample delay on one side of a stereo signal, in conjunction with MS processing to create a wide stereo image from a stereo wav file thats actually mono. EG you can export a mono track from Cubase but in stereo - so left and right are the same. To widen this natively I use the following devices and routing :
This would be achievable also in Scope using SpaceF device and many of the DAS, dNa or Modular MS Processors.
