Hi,
I recall having this issue a while back too... And I recall solving it, but I don't recall from whence I got the files....
Anyway, I have attached a Zip here, containing all files with the same Creation Date as matching Thing* files.
They are in the Samples directory of my Scope installation (c:\Program Files\SCOPE PCI\Samples, in my case).
Here's the list of files in the zip (in case someone does a text search on this site in future):
100 EX 04B-L.s
100 EX 07A-L.s
GRV120-1 -L.s

ask John.
those aren't usable in 64bit windows, though...

Maybe you can just duplicate and rename THING B -L.s into THING B -R.s as alternative to see the patch running ?

According to your list, that´s what I have at least.
ZARG Ambient and Darkstar require the "100EX...! and "Thing ..." samples and the "A -L", "A -R" as well "B -L" came w/ their installation packages.
For sure it works doing a copy and renaming "THING B -L" into "THING B -R" and load, but doesn´t urgently mean it sounds right.
B.t.w.,- I got ZARG Solaris v5.0 and Quantum Wave running better on XITE-1 since I installed a file called "zg_xp01.dsp" which I found as an extra in one of my folders here and it was missing in my SCOPE 5.1/ ZARG installation. Now I get up to 6 voices w/ Solaris v5.0 and Dante´s patches and up to 4 voices w/ the other patches.
But I still get a message of "99.xx%" of a preset´s content being incompatible when loading factory preset bank in SCOPE 5.1. Weird !
Before I installed the file, Solaris v5.0 for me was unusable.
Ironically, the file mentioned above more likely belongs to Quantum Wave.
Quantum Wave also never ran on XITE-1 for me,- now I get 4 voices and it loads presets.
Preset loading times for Solaris v5.0 and Quantum Wave can still be (very) long though.
My problem child on XITE-1 is Rotor EX v1.0 still,- 2 voices only at max. ...
The file didn´t help at all.
Well, it´s v1.0 and never received any update ...
Also,- only Solaris v5.0 and Quantum Wave come w/ add. and IDENTICAL (except suffix) .sys AND .vxd files going into SCOPE [app] folder.
I didn´t install .vxd files,- only the .sys files.
I guess that´s correct but also wonder what it does to SCOPE 5.1 on Win XP when I´d create a [vxd] folder in SCOPE and install both.
Tolerated or "no go" ?
Finally, I´m talking Win XP SP3 32Bit & SCOPE 5.1 on XITE-1.
