Hi everyone,Spirit
Just got a new Dual I'm testing.
here are the spec's ( I've had it for 4hours and 30 mins)
2xMP1800 CPU
1Tyan Thunder Dual K7 DDR
512MB ECC DDR
36gig IBM SCSI 160 10K
Nvidia Graphics 64meg
460 watt power
19inch case
XP pro acpi
******Scope SP /SFP 3.1a
So far so good I got 8Masterverb Pro's without an error, the ninth gave me DSP error_NOT_ PCI error.
by tomorrow I should have Logic/VST/Sonar installed.
******Both Logic and Sonar are happy so far****
Then I will have more info

Hey Paul, since the Thunder Rev1.0s definitely had some PCI thing going on, what revision Thunder board do you have? This would be really helpful to us PCI power users

18" case? isn't that an inch short. Maybe it's incase the thing overheats and expands
ps new reverbs, nudge nudge wink wink
To be or not to be. What was the question?

you know you can press pause while booting and it actually pauses the boot process so you can read stuff.

Nice. Finally duallies work with logic & Pulsar on Wintel machines. Too bad that logic's fate is sealed on this platform now.
How's Sonar?

No offense to Sonar users, but I think Sonar kinda sucks. WDM drivers are just horrible except on very few cards...
