That sounds a lot more sensible! And it talks about trying and experience, not deciding beforehand, for the sake of serenity. How much would change if we thought about peace of mind first of all?

i don´t understand your point, since scope dp is still working under pc and i thought, you can build plugs under pc and let them run on a mac? and there are still enough (in future maybee more cubase) user who are still using their pc´s, maybe with a second pc (a mac one maybe; if you can afford it) and run e.g sx, gigasampler and pulsar on pc and audio and vsti or even a ported version of sx (maybe steinberg does it) on mac or what ever configuration you dream of.On 2002-07-13 18:45, onomat wrote:
Biggest problem i can see for us Scope Developers is that Scope DP(the thing we use to make our Creamware compatible plug-ins) does not run on MAC (yet) so we are stuck in the middle of this ridiculous anti-musical war.....not many of us will be able or willing to pay the huge price of developement on the MAC platform...Steinberg will love it!
