Favicon for Scopeusers.com & these forums

I updated the faveicon for html shortcuts and the browser top tab display, on both the main scopeusers.com site and here. It's now the Scope 4.x icon, which I thought was more suitable than the modern S|C one for Scope 7. If you re-save your favorite for this forum, it should update now. Apologies for overlooking this for so long!

It's a bit chunky to be quite frank, and needs improvement. But it's been gone since we moved to a newer branch of phpbb in 2017. The main site frontend simply gets overwritten each time the CMS has certain updates, so I will need to script a solution for that or manually upload it each time.

I suspect that's why it took 2 years to fix it!

Though to be quite honest, this community was very good to me during a transitional time, and I'll not forget that. And I had already intended to honor my promises here even before that
