hi folks !
i just receive my LunaII and start digging the patching system of the creamware stuff. I think i get it : it's ok for the Midi thing with Sonar.
But i'm still not able to record anything in Audio!! I did the required patching and drivers setting (as in the manual) & I tried with my guitar : i can hear it on my monitors but Sonar refuse to record it (records seems to run but when stopped, there's only a few millisecond of 'silence' appearing in the audio track). Also got trouble with the RevalverSE DXi : the signal just can't pass through.
Maybe is there some special configuration of Sonar for running with Pulsar/Luna ? Can someone help me with it ?

Luna II & Sonar
Ok, i had to find it out alone... i just had to set ULLI to 7ms for 44.1 Khz and recording is now alright. The next level higher and no recording is allowed (but Playback is).
I really would like to know in what conditions the faster settings of ULLI can be used. I'm running Win98SE and Sonar on a PIII 1Ghz + Abit SA6 mobo + 512 Ram. Is it a hardware or software problem ?

to achieve a latency of 2 to 3 ms with the drivers of creamware, i guess you need a fast memory interface and ram with a cas latency of 2, also fast (7.200 rps) hard disks, and a board with a good design (and chipset of course). if you then still have crackles or other problems with that latency i have no idea what to do
but with sonar on win98 you use the mme drivers, and so ulli latency is not the only occuring latency. just take a look at the driver setting in your audio options.
