Delays not working, fixed with reboot

Post by asktoby »

Just had a weird thing happen:

Scope was running fine, decided to add a delay somewhere.
Found that the delay effect wasn't happening. I could hear the dry signal, not the wet.
When I set dry to 0, it muted the signal.

Tried multiple delay effects, Delay LM, Delay M, Delay S, even some 3rd party effects like MaryJane and DAS TAPE ECHO, tried some reverb effects too.

Tried placing the modules inside a mixer and also loose on the canvas.

Rebooted the machine and it's all working again.

Anyone seen this before?

Asynchronous connections issue. Normally, if the connection of the host PC was lost this would occur, but since you were interacting with the GUI, perhaps it was only one card?

use delays in an insert or a multifx module.
