boot problem with my xite-1

Hello everyone,
My Xite 1 has a problem booting. The power ON green LED is weak and blinks rapidly. I can't access the Xite 1 once the PC is on.
Do you think this is simply a power supply issue, or could the Xite be damaged ?

Power supply. Email support or check the website for a replacement

It would be really good if it was just a power supply problem, I would be really happy to not have to RMA the xite to Germany.
