I’M GETTING MARRIED

Yes, this strange, powerful and beautiful energy we name LOVE came to my life too, fortunately! You never know when it will be, but we all yearn for it to happen, everybody needs to be loved and to love.

She’s called Karina, she’s crazy about music, art and related topics -otherwise, how would she put up with me? Image

She’s humorous and exceptionally kind with an incredibly warm superb human heart, and she’s beautiful as well.

I’m a happy man guys, so I want to share it with you. There are quite a few of you here I consider to be friends, rather than forum members. We have shared for quite a while, more than music, life itself.

Congratulations - big time. Two very lucky people by the sounds of it.
Whether I fall into the category of your last paragraph or not - I'm delighted for you - I've had 27 years of marriage and 4 years courting before that & it only gets better.
Wishing you both everything you would wish for yourselves.
SO - when is the big day - we ought to have a Pulsar Wedding March ready

Anyway, I’m not going to go honey mooning the same place than Subhuman, I don’t want to get lost, sure not!

I rejoice with you, Nestor! Especially because I too lately met a wondrous being with whom I endeavour to share my life! Her name is Elise and her spirit is so bright that it knocks me off everytime I think of her! I try to remain calm, though, even if my Heart is soaring with cosmic joy! She'll be moving in Montreal later this summer to live with me, so I guess we've both been touched by the Hand of God, brother! Peace be with you.

Nestor, my best wishes for you both and your future
 ...wise man say, only foools rush in...
and if one day things are not running as expected, well, a little patience pays off.
I got married about 24 years ago, got divorced 6 years later after we developed some 'dog and cat behaviour', we lived separate lives for 4 years, and are together again since then
She's the lady on my picture on the beach in greece. It was a love at first sight and I still remember that first view.

cheers and have a nice party, Tom

Astroman, 24 years! Again it’s a lot of time… I’m surprised at how many of you have been a long time with their respective wifes… It’s not a widespread practice today is it?. I’m glad you are together again, seriously.

I think that when you get married, knowing clearly that no human being is perfect, you are rather likely to be successful in the long term, through the years, unless there is a third person in between, which is something impossible to tackle.

Getting in love is fantastic, one of the most beautiful experiences a human begin can go through. But yes… not everything will be fun or nice all the time, life itself it’s quite difficult and sometimes tremendously disconcerting.

But through experience I have learned something: we need to treat our respective girls like people, not like girls, this is the first rule to me. I think they need for you to be a friend, first of all, loosing a bit the identity male-female, now and then... This way you get closed, heart to heart, and she starts believing in you, so respect and trust is born. That sounds dreamy, but it’s true man, it’s true! I listen to her attentively while she gives me some insights, even when she is telling me I’m wrong, which is perfectly possible, right? Listening and pondering what she says truly changes the entire feeling of the relationship. If I do this with her or a member of my family it always works marvels.

Thanks very much for your wishes, I’m going to pass them all to her… thanks…

Dear Nestor, I want to congratulate you, too. To be married, is the best what can happen to us. I married 15 years ago, and I never regret. My wife gives love and warmth and security... Well, she's my rigidest music-critic, too.
I haven't forgotten to mail our theatre-poster. Hope I can do it in the next days.
All best wishes, yours Thomas

wooo hoooo!!!! I'm very happy for you Nestor! Your music is full of good will, and kind heart.. qualities that surely have lead to your marriage. I personally think you've been very close, as a musician. We seem to share many of the same ideas and all. It's just really great to hear the good news from you.

I'm sure you'll send us a pick of you, doing some rappin' at the wedding right? (with a funky hat)

My best wishes for you and your wife! yippeeeee!!
