decimator, this is not 'Pictures at an Exhibition'

John illustrated a certain design process and excused himself for the amount of space needed.
I took your announcement for a joke, but didn't expect that.
The question isn't if you like one or the other synth, but what the interface contributes to usability and how an ideal surface beyond the common approaches should look like.
At least you've picked a couple of significant species:
the Tera looks very smart and tasty, but some of it's modulation details are impossible to guess from the surface.
The VAZ Modular is a complete piece of crap regarding interface design. I didn't even manage to stand the demo for half an hour.
Please remove those pics or copy parts of them to comment what makes it smart for you (other than 'it looks cool')
