Anyone else been looking around the NI forums lately ? Reaktor 4 and Reaktor Sessions are being absolutely ripped apart by angry users. Seems it's bug-city for NI again.

I've posted a few derogatory things on their forums lately too (I own Kontakt & Absynth). NI really irritate me - too many neglected users, buggy products, half-fulfilled promises etc

I think now they're reaping the consequences of working on too many products while staring at the bank balance...

I really do prefer the serenity of CW. Better to release nothing than to get people excited about upgrades and then dump a buggy app on the market.

Funny though that NI have never looked so powerful, successful and prosperous - lots of products, lots of plans, lots of users etc. But is this the critical moment in a corporate cycle when things start to slide ?

Is there such a thing as corporate hubris ?

Am I just burbling ?

This is just a natural low, whatever goes up, must go down… whatever goes down, must go up… It’s a natural flow of all enterprices, just look at them through the years to come… NI will go down for a while perhaps, but… just go to up even higher… you can be sure! Remember Emagic, remember Steinberg, remember Microsoft… etc.
