Hi everybody (:
im using a midi keyboard that also has 12 controller knobs on it.
this one is connected from luna m.source to seq.m.destination and works fine. cubase(5) gets all knob movement.
than i have midi cable from seq.m.source to rec mixer m.in but midi signal dont reach it. seems like knobs midi signal dont go out of cubase. if i connect luna m.source directly to the rec mixer there's no problem and all midi signal reach the mixer.
please could anyone help me? thank you

your solution is fine - send the midi info to cubase and the mixer, that way you can control fader movements, and record them. you might want to hookup your midi source, and seq source thru a midi merger before the mixer midi in, so that you can play the automation track from cubase and tweak at the same time. if you are trying to hook up indirect [ie - midi source>seq dest>seqsource>mixer midi in] then you need to enable "midi thru" in cubase - i believe it is under "system" > midi somewhere. . .

thanx 4 ur help (: got it now
it works fine using the merger.
still 4 some reason i cant do the "indirect hook up" as u called it.
midi thru is active, and d only way it works is if i create an empty midi channel in my cubase project and set it to luna m.out.
is that the way?
thanx again
