Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a Luna II. From the description I've read that it comes with 1 stereo input and 1 stereo output. Same applies for the SP/DIF I/O.
Does that mean I have to go to an electronica shop to buy the necessary adaptors? Or are they in the box already?
Thanks for your info...

The card is equipped with a stereo pair (big jack) of analogue ins/outs as well as a pair of s/pdif i/o (mninijack)onboard (at the card's edge) so you don't need any additional boxes
They are standard plugs so all you need are just standard cables. The digital cable should be 75Ohm for best results, though. There are also MIDI sockets - you get special cables to standard MIDI DIN sockets with thje card.

I wouldn't call a minijack for spdif a standard plugOn 2003-08-24 19:54, samplaire wrote:

The cables should indeed be good quality. A regular audio cable doesn't work. Maybe you have to listen closely to hear the crackles, but they will be there.
A video cable does the job as it's 75 Ohm, but certified quality cables would be best choice.
