How about making the Graphics more big!please
It's a great Snyth but when the letters
Of the Parameters are too small it's realy
frustrating and tiring and you end up choosing some other Snyth to play.
Look at the celmo stuff-it's big and clear -- easy to play with.
you have great stuff but please make the Graphics More big That we can enjoy it even better.
Keep the good work !

I agree Celmo's interfaces are cheezy. In fact that's what made me steer clear of his devices for a while: they looked so old fashioned. But when I finally tried them I realised how good the sound was, and after using them for a while I also realised that "cool" design must take second place to usability. With Celmo gear you know exactly what's going on at a glance.
The defex Micro was a nice design in that it looked good and was also a good working interface - the best of both worlds. But I think the W fails. The controls are so small it's like the whole device has somehow loaded incorrectly and is only half-size. The irregular cut-out shape only makes the visual confusion worse - it looks like parts have been gnawed away.
But to get back to the heart of things, the sound palette is wide and there are some extremely rich modulation possibilities in the big LFO section. The XY-controller is back again and it is a real treat - sounds can be beautifully tweaked by pulling that ball around !
For me the sound overall is a bit metallic and cold and it seems to have trouble doing the sweet, rich or sad sounds. A few more presets would have been nice, but hey, what do you want for nothing ? This is a good, versatile device with a big range and could easily sell for USD$40 and still be good value. Definitely one of the top few freebies.

Some people have problems with 'wt00.dsp file not found' errors.
Fix: Copy wt01.dsp, and rename it to wt00.dsp

Atomic,
J try your fix but it doesnt work for me...
Anybody have a solution?J really need to use the Neutron W(a really asthonishing synth!) in SFP...The really strange thing is that there is no wt00.dsp in pulsar 3...Only Wt01.dsp, like in SFP...J think that's related to an another problem...thanks in advance for your replys...

wt00.dsp not found before the fix, after the fix no more pop-up but there no waldorfs osc on the gui, when i load a preset the osc appears in a very erratic way and they stay the same even when i change the preset...There no coarse on one of the osc... J have no probs with others synths using waldorfs osc...even the sonic attack...Thank for your very fast reply!
Oops sacrebleu !
The preset windows was hidden on the far right side of the screen : so every thing is fine
