The very first review caught my eye because that's kinda how I am using Pulsar as well. I agreed with everything the reviewer said except about the customer service.
CW's support is no better, no worse than any other software company's support. With few exceptions, I've always gotten pretty good support from them. The best thing you can do for yourself is to simply pick up the phone and call them. Paul Tanti up in Canada always gave me great service. Well, that's just my opinion. Everyone has an asshole, er...
