to start with it's not a major problem, just a little inconveniance. the prob as stated in subject is that i can't type values in value boxes in cw plugs working in xtc in cubase sx(sfp, too); the original value gets highlighted but nothing can be entered.
is this a common issue is there a cure???
i'm on PIII, 512ram, win xp,pulsar II, cubase sx
cheers, kris

hi,

I think this is a common issue with no cure. Maybe in SFP4. You can use sx2 automation for adjusting the xtc parameters or use midi cc's.

hi krisrocco !
you said "SFP too" do you mean that you cannot type numerical value in value boxes? even under SFP? You have to use the standard numerical key i.e. not the numpad

wilbert, are you speaking about the issue on XTC parameters settings not saved with the cubase project (unless going through preset list

bye

I'm not using xtc or 2.3 vst engine, but I've read of such a bug in cubase forums regarding some other plugs that didn't allow to enter numbers when in "always on top" mode. Check that too, it could be...
