PSY Q

I like the psy-q in moderation for many things.

It's supposed to be good for bringing out old live stereo recordings, too - i might throw a few old tapes in the nakamichi and check that out.

I'll report back.

ps - zhoo, i find the z's a bit hard to read

This reminds me of one of my examinations. Both of my teachers agread, that I had done something in a "less than optimal" way. Then they spend some time telling how much they agread with eachoter. OK - I got it the first time - I am not that stupid.

It is my first hand experience, that such events can feel somewhat offensive - even though it is not the intension.

The line between saying, that one does not like something - and showing (unintentional) offense can be very thin, if it is a "many against one" situation.

From what I have seen, zhoo haven't done anything offensive here - and is therefor (by my personal definitions) a wellcome Ziticen.

It is a tough balance, so I just thought I would add this.

i can use z's even when my festering corpse
will be eaten by big meat flyZ.
a lot of z will be then...
and when i scrambled up to my first swallow of oxygen across the pipeline of my mother
the first weak sound waz zzzzz.
and when i type z some ppl cant be peacefully.may be some1 among them iz bald and the one preventz him smile or
some1 wanna but cant massage hiz penis?
or,better,letz kill all judas again,or all who doeznt look like u wanna must die!heh!

You're a troll and if you won't abide to basic rules of netiquette (like writing normal sentences without z's and in english, not stupid hacker language) why don't you just bugger off?

Ok let's see, first of all please quote any "swearing" on my part, I would be surprised because I took great care not to! (or maybe you consider "bugger off" swearing

Second, you're a newbie on this forum and obviously other people (who have been here for years) were a bit annoyed with your writing style, which goes against all basic rules of posting messages on an internet forum. We point this out to you and then you start insulting those people who think you should behave yourself. This does not seem to be a good way to start out on this forum, but then again, that's what trolls seem to enjoy.

Anyway, the only really constructive thing I can say for this thread is that I don't trust any exciter whether it be software, hardware, FIR, IIR, or whatever! I much prefer just using a shelving EQ to add brilliance.

I don't like to use a lot of effects in general. I never use chorus and keep reverb to a minimum, also I prefer mono tracks to stereo. It makes it easier to mix and gives me more tracks to work with and thus more separation.

I prefer no trolling at all. I'm not offended (god forbid!), just annoyed. There are already enough annoying people in real life to have to deal with them on the internet as well.
