Soooooo how long did it take u guys to get the email response. I hope its an automated email and I dont have to wait for business hours cause this is taking a while for me

Finally a Hurray...

Btw there actually some new bugfixes though... For example in the DSP folder there are some newer DSP algorhythms

I tried them to copy it from CD to the 3.1c DSP Lib.. well what a mess.. Nothing worked after that.. But now i can use the SP4

well some Plug Updates are also in work.. i mentioned the VDAT rework? I hope the other plugins will also be bugfixed ASAP

Yeah, like the MiniMax waveform automation bug, the aux sends in the STM mixers, the STS-5000 "crash if you can't figure out pitch information" bug, and the Modular "break forming connections if you click on the scroll bar" problem.

And much more besides...

Well, now that they're up and running and they don't have to worry about OSX development more, they can concentrate on these problems. I'm looking forward to the future!

anyone using the software now? what's new? sts4000 is included right? how about mod3?

man it's gonna takes ages to d/l on a 56k..

The STS4000 is NOT included for already existing users neither is the ModIII. But if you are still into the STS4000 i recommend you to take their half price offer and get the STS5000 because you'll get the STS4000 then for free

The upgrade to ModIII is not that expensive to take this thing for half price. But it's worth every cent of the money you'll spend. Much improvements missing in Mod2.

Hey guys I'm having a trouble first I did this:

Get Scope 4, then I received my key via email, then I activated it, on the confirmation I clicked "OK" and gave me this message

Processing...............................

SoftwareCredit already used.

Shop is switched to reduced price mode now.

Then in the activation keys I only can see "Keyfile for SFP 3.1 Installation"

Anyone else have that problem?

If the shop is in reduced price mode, it means you can go there now and pick an item at reduced price.

The header for the keys page is confusing, just an oversight by Creamware, it does also work for 4.0.

At this point I have the whole thing working, all the extra plugins too. Seems to work OK - things load up noticably faster. Thanks Creamware!

no email for me yet, and the allkeys is my 3.1c keys.

Is there a Scope keyset file somewhere?

So far doesn't look like much has changed based on comparing timestamps for various .dlls, etc. I DO like the cleaner file management folder breakdown.

the key for activation can be requested only one time??
the first time i clicked on "activate", the mail was sent to my old email (i didn't remember i had not changed it...), which i can not control anymore.
subsequently, i have changed the mail in the profile, but for now nothing arrived at my new adress...
how long does it take for the keyfile to arrive??
is the activation keys for V3.1c still working for V4??

uuuhhh.... Difficult situation you are in, bosone... I would try to ask CWA personaly. Or try to recover your old e-mail account data if possible

Is it really necessary to include 17MB of Acrobat reader in the download?

I guess there's a good reason for the 45MB of optional plugins.

This SP4 activation drives me crazy!

I go to GET SCOPE4, follow all the instructions (my boards are recognized), click SUBMIT and I get an error message that I dont have any boards registered and thus no activation keys were sent!!

I then do it a second time, goes all right and then I get:

Your activation codes are now sent via e-mail to this address:
(myaddress) error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry...

Well, it seems like cwaudio hates me. not only have i been waiting for over 12 hours for that mail response, ive also been waiting for 2 months and more for them to transfer a Vinco plugin to me. Sheeeeeeesh.

Re-request the autorisation untill it's greyed out or so. A couple of people reported they had to try twice, like I had to too.

Also the allkeys file page is wrongly labelled 3.1c, but it's all new keys. The plugins that do not have new keys can use their old key, like Flexor and STW.

The Readme files in the zip package 'readme' and 'lisezmoi' are labelled 3.1c, the contents is v4.

The rest seems to work great:
I just overinstalled it in the SFP folder, after making a backup of it. Had to adjust a couple of lines in cset.ini, disable XTC mode, disable auto-routing and all is as before. Not all really, since they made a new logo, square device icons in a PRoject View with a new background.

New SFP4 users will choose from a different product line too. I hope this new approach will boost their sales a bit, if only for they need the money.
