Hello!

I have saved some pages with IE 5.50 (win98) in the single file web archive format (.mht).

The problem is when I take them to my DAW (Win XP SP1, IE 6), it doesnt load them. It opens them but it shows the html source code.

Do you know of any way I could overcome this?

Thank you!

Have you looked at the .mht files with a text editor?

Just wondering if they're just html files - you could possibly try changing the filename extension to .htm, or alternatively, when viewing the html as you've indicated, copy & paste that into a text editor and save as .htm

I don't know what the format of the .mht files are, so can't be more helpful at this point.

Royston

edit: if it's not too late, why not save them as "web page, complete" from IE5?
