I was at an elephant sanctuary in Bali a couple of years ago where they had easels and paint brushes set up for the elephants to paint.
I wasn't particularly impressed with the results (they looked like pre-school daubings to me) but apparently these 'paintings' have been exhibited in New York, and prints sell for loads of money.
Those MP3's are quite nice and relaxing though - I'd rather listen to those than look at the paintings.
As long as the money is ploughed back into conservation, I'm all for it.
Oh yes, one of the elephants at the sanctuary played the harmonica. Gave my mate Jon a real fright !
