I am not in trouble, but someone else could be.

Someone sells an a16 as a .... SOUNDCARD!!

My German in NOT very good, but if someone else feels like spending 5 minutes making purchasing and selling CWA-stuff thru ebay, then feel free to write something to ebay. I don't know, if it helps anything.

Funny guy. He no longer sells abroad because of bad experiences with psychopaths....

no fraud problem - he's indeed just a funny guy.
Both he and the previous buyer of the A16 accuse each other of not replying to emails.

Cologne is a big city and the offer includes to try out and pick up the unit at it's current location.
Consider it as a 'local' offer with the feedback the dude has

cheers, Tom

But some people may want to try and get him to send the unit. And it doesn't take much to let people come and try it. You can always say, you are on tour or something, can not be reached at the time convinient to the buyer etc..

Oh yes - he even wrote that. "We are on tour at the moment. It may take a while, before I get to answer mails." (may not be 100% good translation, but I think it suffices)

yeah Immanuel, if dealing with such clowns one should be aware - there's the feedbacklist, reading funny, too.

fraud looks different: I once 'bought' a Sonorus card offered for immediate buy for 150 Euro, not bad and not unreasonable.
Only positive feedback (on 5 Euro items bought). Needless to mention it was never delivered.
You can't get back that amount of money before spending at least twice for legal purpose...

cheers, Tom (more careful since then)
