It was written across 2-3 sessions in the spring of 2003, and finished in a final session sometime fall 2003 (spare time sure is nice).

Just exs24, didn't have interpole then. The drums are a bit tinny, but I still like the song.

I enjoied that very much, speedy drums and very nice filtered arp lines.
Sounds to me like I was on a beach party listen to this great track, full of power.

Edit: The bass is evil deep. Good thing.

Beautiful sounds, really great synth work. It all works on my "internet computer" speakers, except I can't hear the deep bass

Will put it on a CD and listen on my "real" system...

Great track! What would the BPM be on those drums?

wot you use for the buzzing fart bass?

nprime. the drums are at about 160 to 170 bpm.

hubird..quite often with drum n bass there just isn't room for low powerfull bd's also it's just the way it is, to have softer bass drums than say house.

That tune was mixed in SFP actually...farty base is our beloved Minimax and the drums are @ 173bpm I believe (I'd have to go look to be honest). The drums would be a lot warmer now, I've fallen in love with clipping my analog desk (for dnb percussion & basses at least).
