protests are a fundamental right, anyway.
Democracy is more about protecting minorities than about the right of the biggest.
You are right tho that they are too late, the people already have voted.

They have the right to protest, but they don't have the right to ask for another referendum, which some (not all admittedly) are asking. Also the language being used by these people is offensive, i.e. if you voted leave then you are xenophobic and they are the 'progressive' thinkers.
Paddy Ashdown, an MP in the local authority next to mine has even tried to start a cross-party 'progressive platform', which in my mind implies that anyone that doesn't agree with them is regressive. I think that's quite offensive.
I actually think the UK can now be MORE international now, not less. The EU restricted what we could do in terms of our own trade deals. Regardless of which way anyone voted we need to take the bull by the horns and make this work.

Since the beginning of modern times we have based ourselves in false unsustainable foundations, so it comes as
“no surprise” at all that we are witnessing the down of our civilization. All this mess is just the tip of the iceberg. That’s way in a way I understand and agree with you Mr Arkadin: we have what we have allowed to be, we have what we deserve.

Out of curiosity, Mr.Arkadin, i know it might be totally unrealistic, but seeing parts of UK such as Scotland, Gibraltar, Northern Ireland etc. largely voted to remain in EU, would it be a good idea to skip the whole UK bit?
I also find it kind of stupid who the younger generation didnt even bother to vote in general, if we count UK as a whole.

Well Scotland is its own special case. Seems they don't like the English very much and want to be independent, so that they can then be run from Brussells! Hmm... OK. I don't think Sturgeon speaks for everyone, but she's always mouthing off at every opportunity so you'd be forgiven for thinking every man, woman, child, animal and insect in Scotland wants to remain. Anyway, Spain would neve allow them in as it would open the doors to Catalonia becoming independent (there's even a French bit, so they might not be that keen either).
The others that voted remain have land borders with EU countries - in fact if you look at vote breakdown in Northern Ireland the counties nearest the mainland voted leave and the counties on the border voted remain. I think there were worries of a return to the old fences and watch tower days. I don't see that happening.
All that 'world is going to end if we leave' campaigning was such desperate rot. In reality not much will change. Hopefully TTIP is fucked now though, that'd be a smalll victory.

Anti EU sentiments are high in Holland too.
My position on this is that I want to keep national sovereignty on political issues.
As mr. Arcadian says it now looks like TTIP (and thus the hated ISDS part of it )is in the fridge, hosanna.
We don't need TTIP to let Apple pay tax in Ireland, but we would still need an (economic) EU to let that happen.
13 billion dollars, that counts

It did sound like a well known quote, besides, Jimmy wouldn't vent such thoughts even if he had them.
So me too, I had to google for it

The Bilderbergs are the winners....
Unless China finally says enough of this crap and frees Americans, South Americans, Europeans, Canadians, Aussies, Zealanders, S. Africans from their oppressive racist regimes....
Wouldn't it great if they came over, removed our lying bastard gangsters, then said OK, get rid of this military superiority, keep your guns, return to being from oppression and we'll leave you alone....
Please give me the sign, I'll help...

I was talking about the English and the Scots, but:
Of course it would be great! But they are all in the same boat, that’s the problem. The ones you want them to remove from power, work for them and are being paid and supported for them, they are all in the same crew.

Why bothering so much about those 'structures', we are (almost) dead already?

Hey we just sent a reconnaissance mission yesterday to visit asteroid Bennu, one of the more likely candidates to create a modern day mass extinction event.
