Peter,
Just for the sake of understanding, do you want to use CC 123 or not?

I want to use everything but not CC 123...I need to unfilter it, because with CC 123 I have problems with my sustain pedal from my MIDI keyboard.

I haven't tried this device, but I assume that when you select midi cc123 and transform it (or route it to an unused channel), then it's removed from the stream, which would effectively filter it out.

cheers, tom

Yeah Astroman, it was my first idea also, but this device unfortunately doesn´t work in this way. It doesn´t let through rest of the MIDI data, I know, I tried it ((

Yeah, but I am trying to find direct (in Scope) device...and as I wrote to Problem solving forum, these VST devices don´t work in Ableton Live.

Looks like it's a wishlist affair for you then Peter.

yeah, it looks like:) Bul also, I was asking Alfonso if it is possible to make simple change in his device to become filter instead of transformer. I think, the only change is to let others midi data let to flow out from it...

I am not programer but is it possible Alfonso ?

Hello

this device is as...is.

I investigated a bit the possibility to make a CC filter, but I came out with something that puts some delay on the remaining MIDI stream and quite unusable...
It's a tough thing for me, it's not like using math modules that are there and you only need synthesis and processing knowledge...In SDK the MIDI part is quite hidden and I'm not so much in it to overcome the lack of more tools.
That's my limit....for now...sorry.

Are you sure you can't avoid to send that CC in the first place?

Hi Alfonso,

thanks for your spent time by this issue...

Unfortunately my MIDI keyboard (Roland Alpha Juno 2) sends this controller, which causes sustain pedal problems...so I need to unfuilter it. It can´t be switch off directly on my keyboard:(

So if you or anybody from the Pulsar community could create MIDI Filter it would be great:) I think also, that MIDI filter is very useful device for people who doesn´t use Cubase, even for them it is better to use direct ,,system,, filter than software version in sequencer...

Hi Peter,

with my MidiTransformer2 (part of my MidiToolBox) you can at least transform the controller in question to another not used event and let pass other midi info through.

sorry for hijacking your thread, alfonso
