I do not mean the demo muting, but they may be a connection between the this bug and the demo-muting.

and for your distorded sound, take care of your level.the clip in n1084 is for the plug not for the level of your track.for example if you boost bass, the out level increase...

Okay but this doesn`t make sense at all...
A clipping LED for the input signal amount?
The input signal on a digital system will never clip...this is something I need on analog gear, but this is digital.
So there is no need.
If I have a clipping LED on an EQ it should switch on when the EQ is generating distortion.
If I boost the bass, the LED should switch on, so I have an indication to turn down the input value for the EQ.
By the way thats how the URS work too...
Your LED doesn`t help at all...

you make me laughing with your 4000 posts...On 2006-08-15 05:40, astroman wrote:you're welcome Eric, as that was for sure the most important aspect of this episodeOn 2006-08-15 00:30, digitalaudiosoft wrote:
you have talk about k-wild...thanks !
he has bought our device...
you bet, me either...i'm sure that he knows how to make good sound and he has realy test our plugins...![]()
I've rarely spent more time with a demo (in good will) just to find out what's going on (possibly a genetic defect of mine).
Thanks for retaining the simple facts of 'deja vue' and for the wasted hours.
Yes, I also would have spent the 99 Euros on the RMX-160 easily - for it's sound.
But not on a company that presents itself in such a self-admiring and ignorant style.
brag on, Tom
a sound engineer with 50 post is a sound engineer !
a man with 4000 post like you is a good writer who like polemics only.
i know you , you are a poor man without work and you are jalous !
you are right keep your money,it's better for you and me !
i hope that mr cooper will do something to stop this kind of sh..t post.

Man, I can't believe this
One can laugh about it, and I still do indeed, but the main feeling stays total unbelief.
Eric, sorry man, but you've lost really my respect now, jeezz!
I don't hold back anymore on you, I use the words that pass my mind here.
I mean, I can understand you lost yourself for a moment, in that infamous What's wrong' thread.
But this time you're just hunting for it!
Did you really, really say: I know you , you are a poor man without work and you are jalous ! ???
I really can't believe it.
Ladies and Gentlemen, listen to the voice of this software company.
Or was it a maffioso building trade...no man, it was really a software company that reacts this way to it's potential customers on the internet.
It even happens on the inofficial Creamware forum itself, so it's even shameless to the host of their 3rd partyship...
Sad for you Eric that you picked the wrong guy, haha, wish I got his hour rating
And don't you think we aren't a nice community here??
If you let go yourself here in flat anger to someone, you assumingly will find some others on your path - not that bad, but you represent a company, selling something.
Jeezz
But let's look further.
Hifiboom sincere stayed outside the clash, and stayed politely and respectfull on topic.
He just explained that he didn't get the functionality of the clipping led, and that he expected it to be as with his URS machine.
Eric's reaction:
you have made a good choice with urs !they sound very good.i hope you have bought them.
I bet one 'wrong' word from Hifiboom and he will look forward to a similar stupid attack from Eric as we've seen now to Astroman.
Eric, you just should explain the phylosophy of your clipping led-for-the-input-signal-amount...or you should not react at all.
And finally, the way you do your forum postings is rather clumsy, as if it's the first time you act on an internet forum...
There are a lot of quotings from your own posts elsewhere, without much or even any explanation of the meaning of the quote.
If you, presumably, wanne link people to a site, you just quote yourself from, eh elsewhere, also without using hyperlinks.
It's complete mess what you left here.
One has to dive into really to understand what going on.
Yeah, you don't have time to 'make polemics'...well, then don't!
Really man, if I was DAS, I would forbid you to do ever one single post again on whatever forum, haha.
This can cost the company mony, that's for sure.
You are simply really not capable to communicate on the net (about your own software at least).
Why don't you let someone do it for you?
Ever seen Ali or Ralf reacting like you did??
And believe me, they did receive some shit over them in the past, by some simpleminded card users.
I admired always the way they handled it and stayed cool!
You lost me for ever as a customer, that's clear I guess, haha.
cheers man, still laughing yet astonished

(can't believe it's me talking this way to a -probably capable and welcom - software devellopper, but if they start kind of streetfighting here on our Planetz, it seems to do that with me.
sorry for that part, can't help it guys. I've never seen this before, did you?
).

No Eric, it is you!
You were not able to see the difference between a plug beeing critisized and insultations on the other hand.
Tom's critics were correct in it's form and words till the end (I couldn't have stayed cool that long).
You just can't handle this, and you know that.
Now you let Hifiboom down, god may know why, he just deserved a serious reply, as he put some time in it and stayed away from the clash.
Second, and I quote: who can accept to be be diffamed like that ? not us !
Indeed, not 'us', all other software companies on the world can, check their forums.
But that's up to you, I don't make a living from it
cheers.

These guys are sure to be passionate about thier plugs. If I felt someone was attaking my creative process I give them what for too! It must be difficult to remove yourself from that and stay professional. BUT, they should stay professional! If a topic is raised that requires support, then it should be given. If a topic is raised that seems to be a nasty attack, thenit should be ignored.
If the plugs are that good, the demos and mp3's should cut out any of the negative.

I haven't been on this forum in a long time.
The first post I read was the announcement of the DAS plugins. I was extremly impressed by DAS's willingness to listen to comments and suggestions by potential customers, and to respond, almost in realtime.
I am certaintly not going to deprive myself of a good plugin because of a couple guys arguing on planetz. Quality music is the bottom line, and I appreciate anyone who creates quality tools to help me make quality music!
Can't we all just get along? HA! I always liked this forum for its freindly and helpful atmosphere. Let's just start over! I have learned alot from all of you in this forum, and I thank you for that. "SCOPE UBER ALLES" DR
