The basic rewire?
As you can see , there is Interpole as insert on channel 10, that is, the audio sent from Cubase on channel 10 will go through interpole (a track or a group of tracks)
Also, at the right, you se 2 aux fx. These will affect all channels you like, just to turn up the aux level to you get what you want.
Then there is the master FX (PSY Q) .
If you want, you can route a asio source (Cubase out) channel to channel 1, ad effects, and send it from the mixer and back to channel 2 for more fx and do on.
An other way of doing it is to route fx directly to asio source, eg
ASIO2 SOURCE 1L > PSY Q Left > Interpole Left > .....and so on
