OK, I thought it pegged out at 80 for some technical reason. Try 80 X-Verbs that should produce some smoke.

Since X-Verb uses 4 slots - Im only able to load 32 instances which equals a 15.05% CPU usage

scope XTC mode and ssl pcie?
