Great track. All elements fit together so well. I got a little tired of producing pure electronic stuff in the last months... but tracks like these really make me want to give it a try again. Though I know I will always fail to achieve something as catchy and coherent as this...Congrats for the release!

thanks Calippo
About your last words (always fail etc.), I won't agree with you, you should keep in mind these two things:
I upload only finished songs, so the failures and half failures you'll never hear, tho I have enough of them!
second, this song was a real struggle, and it took a long time before we got it there.
I'm very glad with the song, but feeling any triumph would be dishonest, it wasn't that easy

Reminds me of "Enigma".

noooo.... enigma had a more apparent beat. Enigma was more for the masses while Genuanh is more underground if you could say so. If I had to compare I would say it's more Underworld.

I'd like to feed the masses...

So you have to change the beat to umpa umpa

Really a nice mix fading slightly from one track to another and so on with subtile delays. Good psy ambience.

I'm not a pro to judge, but it sounds good to my ears.

Regards,

Bluemystic

PS: I made a psytrance track 'The Architect' under the genre 'Trance' in this section and I would like some comments to improve my work.

Thx

Nice song! Very deep and involved. I am especially entranced by the vocal samples you used. Just another example of why i love music so much. Can't wait for some more!!!

Great work hubird, the trancey arp in the intro led me to believe that this was going to be a bit of mid-90's ambient trance (in the vein of the Ambient Dub series or PlanetDog's ambient stuff). The the beat comes in with a and the vocal loops over the top--hard to classify and great energy. Definately one for the album rather than a 12".

thanks Valis
PlanetDog had good series indeed!

thought this track was burried under all the new ones in the mean time

super...I mean REALLY super atmosphere

The beat is to die for, man...and the effect use is such a perfect fit. I hear alot of ohmboyz there, correct me? (my own long time favourite echo)

The way the synths, vox and everything melts together is SOOO nice. It's tricking me, and I want to learn this, at this level. WOW!!!

Also how you worked with the drums is amazing, making subtle changes and fills that doesn't break anything, but just....melts....hmmm....like sugar.

The mixing sounds wonderful here, wouldn't correct a thing. Very wide and pronounced.

I close my eyes and enjoy!

Nice of you Valis, much appreciated
(you know you don't have to do that  )

Thanks Thalamus, too much honor
You're right about the Ohmboys, I used it on more than one spot
Well, as Chris (ambient master) rightly said, there is some fighting in the spectrum (my words), due to excessive eq-ing and other saving operations to get it all together.
I was lucky I guess that it doesn't misfit the song as it is

However, I wanted to get the sound of my next song more clean, without dumping the ambience.
This got Identify, which is the only song I'm pride of (so to say), speaking about sound.
I hope you don't mind if I give you the link here. --wait, I will upload a better master--...done!
It can be interesting to see if a better sound leads to a 'better' song, I guess not in the end.
Afraid for the overload of musical elements in Genuanh I used less in Identify, so that troubles a comparison
That's always the case, if you change one element of your strategies, you will change another one too, if it's about art (music). I think
Glad you liked it, both of you
