Hey someone's in to Tetley.....is that true Alfonso ?.......I spent many a drunken night on that stuff in my student days up in Leeds, where it's brewed......eee by gum

Very fine German wheat beer. You can get it draught in a few pubs here now too

Tetley, eh?
I like my beers a lot more full flavoured than that. I'm pretty much a hophead, the more hops the better! I'm all about Ales, lager is good on really hot day served ice cold, but it's just not interesting enough for prolonged consumption.
An Ale, properly done, should be as intricate and complex as good single malt scotch. or fine cognac. it should have sex with your mouth. ravishing your taste-buds, tying them up, then whipping them in to a frenzy of Malt and Hop. Your mouth should feel dominated by the heel of flavour!
But, as I say, Lager is good when you are thirsty...

Quite right mate......Tetley's isn't really a connoisseur's drink, but good in large volumes!
