As most of you referred, here is the Windows Oscilloscope Test Program for Digital Audio WorkStation, which also uses wave-in and wave-out drivers by the Windows's default setting...
Program's Screenshot can be found as follows:
http://www.geocities.com/dsp4studio/Osilloscope/
Instruction:
Unzip file then launch the program. No installation required. See the included Quick Reference User Manual Documentation.
Requirements:
* Windows98 or better (XP is recommended).
* CPU: 500Mhz+.
* 256MB RAM+ (512MB is recommended for XP).
* Video Setting: 16/24/32Bit - 1024x768 (32Bit-1280x1024 recommended).
* Soundcard: Windows compatible full-duplex Soundcard.
Features:
It has more than just the Oscilloscope, lot of features with Friendly Graphical-User-Interface (Hopefully). You can have multiple programs at once (simultaneously) with very little CPU taking performance (1/2-3% CPU per instances). See the summary Feature and Specification as follows:
* Voltage input level: -1V to +1V.
* Gain and offset: 15 parameter setting from negative to positive gain offset.
* Overflow Detector: Clipping/Overflow Indicator LED.
*Timescales: Selectable timescales from 1-45ms.
* Trigger: 0-1V (1-5mv steps).
* Skins: Three Selectable skins like Contemporary (Default), Classic and Custom Skin.
* Display Styles: 5 display Styles and 3 color mixed styles like Dots, Lines, Conlines, Spikes and more...
* Preference: Wavein and waveout drivers enhancement for Windows setting like CPU priority (normal, high and Realtime) and sample buffer setting. All these changed can be done on fly without any restriction order.
* Performance Display: Built-in the Display for DSP/CPU, Refresh rate and waveform style monitors.
* Single trigger Events: It can holds the waveforms, based-on the timescale setting until retriggering (Trigger Option).
* Function Generator and Waveplayer: Built-in waveform generator (Sine, Square, Triangle, Noise and external wave) and Wave tester as standalone operation. It can be used as similar Waveplayer with standard wave formats without Winamp needed, for example. It also has the Selftest capability and more in General Purpose used...
Please note that, this Program is as beta test version. Of course, we have always wished to hear from you that how you like it!
Enjoy it!
