In fact i'm not even sure why this works, but it does :grin: - at least on my bass & guitar.

Could someone explain to me what i've done, and offer suggestions of improvement?

i'm expecting to break trough the clouds one of these days and see the mod world spread out clearly before my eyes :wink:

edit - just posted a loop with a guitar running through this.

ah. nice touch with the key following. It probably won't work when you've got a chord going, but it'll work right when you're playing monophonic.

What you have is a waw that reacts to volume (this portion is same with most autowaw) that also reacts to pitch.

As a suggestion for improvement, I'd suggest adding another bpf, and tune the 2 to get a clear formant. You can get a clearer "waw" that way.
