I there, mt TB47 power supply died after a few month of really not intensive use, and the guys at TFpro have been pretty bad on this one (JoeMeek was really fragile, I wonder if tfpro is the same).

Well, I am looking for a standalone PSU now : one with a 9 phases switch (from omni, to cardio, to "8 shape").

Too bad if this mic has to go to the dustbin in favour of another SE electronic mic
(se electronic = ex manufacturer of meek stuff, with a bit of luck, their psu could fit the tb47?).

By the way, with the TB47, I felt I had to sing quite close to get a good sound (not enough dynamics ? any idea ? (no need for a real Neumann here)

yes the se psu might work or it could be modified,but i suspect that any good electronics tech could fix and/or beef up your current psu. the technology is well known and striaght forward.....

Well, apparently even Ted Fletcher has not been able to fix it (sounds goes and come back if you change the position of the psu....). but I suspect those guys not to have looked at it really (and it came back right dead so, ie worse than before .....)
But i'll try to find someone (could be cheaper than i imagine...)

Maybe try out some local tube fanatic. One of those guys, who build their own amplifiers and modify thier electrostatic speakers, so they become lethal to the touch. He will likely be an amateur with a good day job and an expensive hoby. And he may take up the chalence to beat the "lousy pro", who didn't look well enough.

After all, almost everything can be fixed.
