I'm using Pulsar XTC with Cubase SX2.
After opening EDS8i (simple BD and SN tracks) and Inferno (simple bassline) I am getting the following message and then it is no longer possible to use XTC instruments because Cubase lost the connection to Pulsar (no board found).

--> ScopeDriverIoctl (1908900) returned error code -99

I do have the same problems with other XTC devices too.

Any ideas someone?
I tried reinstal SFP, downloading OXE from myPage and so on ...

Installed SW:
XP Pro
Cubase SX2.0.1
SFP 3.1c
Reason 2.5
no firewal
no antivirus
all full registred versions, no cracks

My sytem:
Asus P800 Deluxe
P4 3.0 with 800 FSB
1GB RAM
M-Audio Audiophile 2496
Asus V9560 Video Suite

Try this - Go into projects section on main page of this forum, look for SIMPLE XTC PROJECT (logic), works for SX as well, download this file. Extract it to the examples folder. Load the new xtc project and then close sfp, press yes to save project. Open SX, press ok on xtc error message > Devices > Plug in information > press refresh. You may also need to colse and open sx after.

I am using Sx 1 so maybe a slight variation. Also a detailed post in the Tips section on Sx/Xtc setup.

I am new to the creamware stuff. do I realy need to setup a project? I only want to use the xtc devices in cubase. my pulsar xtc does not have IO. I am using delta audiophile 24/96 for IO.

Yeah i know its sounds strange, it took me a year to understand this set up..Once Sfp is shut down with the- Xtc set up project loaded and saved, Xtc mode works 'invisible' but it is able to be accessed in Sx. Iam using Pulsar 2 soundcard Sfp 3.1c so your Delta Audiophile soundcard could have a different sound dest in the routing window of Sfp, maybe someone else knows in this furom is familiar with this audio product.
By the way i edited my previous post- extract xtc project set up- to exmaples folder not project.
