i have payed for Prodyssey , then i have login to my download page and hit generating, then writes me back;
Download Package
Generating download package. Please wait...
Error : Unknown Error
that's all... anyone have similar problem ?

i also have there modularIII from couple months ago, generating was fine, but then if i go to ftp into my dir , there's just empty window, nothings there...
is this already working at CW ?

it seems there are problems in cremware servers again now : when you have the "unknown error" generating devices, you have the same error in the scope4 activation process...
Maybe server overflow or more serious php or asp problems..

Yesterday I tried to dl my old devices (I mean devices I bought some time ago) just to ensure they are the latest versions, and it also failed to generate the files due to unknown error. I blame the overload, too.

I re-generated some files and everything was OK (at 4.30am Greek time...I sleep L8!!). So, it must have been due to system overload..

yes, maybe is overloading or too busy, i was
normaly registered SFP4.0 at 5 in the morning...
will try later, hope it will be there, since i already payed....

As long as you don't sell it, it stays on your My Page
If the .oxe generation fails, like it did for a couple of my plugins, just click it again.

everything works fine now,
sucessfully installed prodyssey and eds16i, buyed both for reduced price; 124.5EUR ,
which is cool price indeed...

OXE files are already part of the 4.0 install.
Check the a folder called optional plugin. IT contains all the oxe of Creamware plugins.

Creamware=yes; third party=no. SO you still need the "My Page" page

Well, included oxe seems to not be the same as those available on the 'my page'.
I can see STS5000 v3? GraphEQ31 v3, SB404 v3, Transient Designer v3 on cwa site, while in the scope4 package, i can only see v2 devices.
Is this a mistake? or?

oh, i have similar story, i have bought EDS16i V3 , after i download "EDS16i.oxe_V3" and move oxe files to sfp dir, i can see now under synth dir in sfp project window EDS16i V2, i'm ofcourse little confused, but nothing that i would cry for
