Hi, I' ve got some trouble too:
When I go into the "get scope 4.0" it give this error: "Your activation codes are now sent via e-mail to this address:
stande@tin.itAn error occured while sending your keys! Plaese contact our support. Sorry"
I tried many times, but nothing.
I' ve got conctacted the support too... and I' m waiting for... Any Ideas???

You are not the first with this. Please, explore the forum for a deeper answer and the simple is: sever overload. Don't panic :wink:
