I just got a special deal on a Mackie d8b, with all the extra bells.

Can any of you recommend this console, according to preamps, daily use etc...

I'll be glad to hear your experiences.

It's not bad. Good automation. It's not the sony DMXR100 but certainly in it's quality range.
