Probably you already know them; anyway here there are some streaming sites I found searching on the net:
http://www.vitaminic.com/main (also .it, .uk .dk and more)
http://www.audiostreet.net
http://music.download.com
http://www.planetz.com/forums
All these sites give you the opportunity to put your music in streaming for free (audio street only 3 tracks) and to make a simple presentation page. Other services (like put more tracks or a better artist's page) are in some cases not free.
If you know other sites, could be useful to continue this list
