With this multi-band compressor/expander you get total control of your mix/sound, and the results are amazing!
So, what's the fuzz all about? We've all been there at some point... the bass of the mix is boring, it all sounds flat and digital, no punch, no energy.
Now you can get that club mix right! Multi-band compression is *the* tool for slick bass-lines, and juizy bass-drums.
But it doesn't stop just there. De-essing? You've got it. Pronounciation of the snare? No prob!

A very usefull device.
It does what you expect it to do. It gives me all the control I need. It sounds very musically. Can be inserted. It's quite DSP-intensive. There's no gain reduction display for each band. There is no more developpement since vrs.1.1. Even don't know if it's still for sale. Phonoxone website is down for some time.

I'll sure give it a try!
The device looks great (I love the gfx), I hope it sounds just as good.
btw, what gives best results? This device, Finaliza, Optimaster? I'm not skilled enough to be a good judge. What do you experienced soundmen think of it?

The way the three frequency bands are set is different. Finaliza uses crossover frequencies, Terminator uses a parametric approach. In Terminator its possible to set gain in very small steps for each band. Finaliza allows only 1db steps. I.m.o. Terminator gives you more control. With Optimaster I have no expirience.

Can any PC user send me unpacked version of it (us, Mac users can't execute the .exe files so I'm unable to try this...) - I mean the module and all other installed components like dsp files, please?
Thanks for your help in advance
