I find it amazing just to look at the continents geography and see the evidence of their collision with other continents. For example India crashing into Asia. There are special places bookmarks, for example the pyramids in Egypt and major disaster animations (although they take a long time to download).

I like to see the mountains and the beauty of the earth. Google is much worse for this, also Google got my parents address off by 6 houses and according to Google the street I live on does not exist and there is no aerial view of my neighborhood. Google is better for closeups (not in all places) but Worldwind is a better globe from space.
