hi to you all
after four years I think I can say I've mastered working on a pc daw, with scope boards and cubase.
now I've been offered a job to manage a small studio here in Amsterdam, and I've accepted it.
the only thing is in this studio they work with mac g4 RME sound cards and logic ..
the mixer is an 02R, wich is not so much a problem I've worked with it before.
so any tips from you MAC users?(I cant even get the CD rom to open! haha) and also logic tips welcome.
It also made me realise again how happy I am with my scope setup.

After 4 years I still don't have a stable system so that's another victory for you.

I can't help in terms of Mac use, and for sure you know more than me as an engeneer you are, but I am so happy for you, that I have to say: CONGRATULATIONS!
I remember how hard it has been for you, so man, it is great, hold hard to it, and become BETTER than ever!

I can help a lot with Logic.
I've been with it for over 11 years.
The first thing you will notice and enjoy about Logic is that the screens are uncluttered and you can customize it anyway you like.
But maybe it's best that you ask questions and that way I can answer them as best I can
The enviroment is the strongest point in Logic if you are working with midi.

Read the logic manual, especially for conventions within the UI. Its not as hard a read as some have said, imo it got its reputation from being a 4.x manual with a ton of addendums, and that has been fixed since v6.
