alright, sorry Sam, I was just kidding.
(In fact I was really happy with the entry of Poland into the EU, and you know I love you  ).
You probably don't really know what's going on here in Holland, I was referring to the breathtaking commotion our country is in at the moment.

But I go further on my knees, as I saw a big full color picture today in the local news paper...imaging a bicycle path with a more than huge advertising pole in the middle of it
Can you believe it? the coincidence I mean then
(the pole was there before, and is owned by the shopping center overthere...contracts, and parallel working municipal departments.
I'll consider moving to Pol(e)and...

It's ok Huub, I'm just too touchy (if that's the word) My reaction was caused by a chain of events and this one was the so called 'nail into the coffin' as we say here. Right before my answer I had a conversation with a guy from a record label explaining me why I have to prepare a song remix for free and that I have to feel honoured and be grateful that my name will be on the cover of the mentioned single (!). And it was a hit song published by a major label; commercial release. Jeee, I felt like I was 15!

nail into the coffin is
thanks for the pic, I had a good laugh - and Huub hits it just as well...
btw (I'm a regular bicycle rider) those red stones used everywhere for such lanes are just great freezers in wintertime, always a few degrees ahead of the asphalt

in fact they are used for easier maintainance of the underlaying installation (as this pic illustrates, obviously), so sacrificing rider's safety is common practice anyway.

I usually prefer the direct approach on the regular traffic lines, occasional middlefinger conversations included, but it's not too bad. In heavy rush hours I'd probably prefer the pole ride, tho

congrats for your name on the disk, Sam
maybe not that nice to work for 'free', but advertisement is expensive these days

cheers, Tom

hehe, same here, i usually don't even turn to look fucker in the eyes, just rise the finger behind my back
i find rush hours actually to be safer, drivers are stuck in jams, and it is easier to find a way between them

btw, Wojtek, i am sorry i didn't answer your pm, i hardly ever check them...
i have trouble with mail at the moment, when i will sort it out, i will get back to you
