Hi, I have a quick question for someone who's had experience with selling creamware stuff on ebay.

I'm selling a pulsar 1 with

Sonic Timeworks 4080L Pro Reverb
Transient Designer

STS-4000
Modular II

Was just wondering if it's better to sell the whole package together. Or should I sell the plugin's separately?

Thanks.
Isaac

It is hard to say, but I guess, you could squeeze a bit more out of it seperate. Plug-ins sometimes degrade in value, when they are on a board. And boards often do not benefit from the extra value of the plug-ins. With seperate deals, you would get people, who are into each of the specifics. But these are all guesses. You could put it on ebay, and have a reserve price. It also depends how soon you need the money. And finally you should remember the plug-in transfer fee.

not only the transfer fee, but what if the buyer jumps off for obscure reasons ?

A Pulsar One without additional plugins sells for pretty low rates.
For regular CWA plugins there's not much demand as lots of potential buyers used the 50% shop bug feature or you could get them as sellout items (I paid 149 for my TD)
The STW Reverb is part of a bundle usually, so it's list price doesn't matter.

I'd rather sell it as a package, the customer group is restricted then (with a reasonable reserve), but your offer may be just the right thing for someone.
As Immanuel mentions, this may not apply if you're urgently after the money.

cgood luck, Tom
