I have paid ans downloaded the Scope 4.5, but in the mail of confirmation of payment of Creamware, no appears, near the invoice, the activation key .OXE. When I send a mail to Creamware, I receive no answer. How does that occur for you?

use the problem forum next time...if you're having a problem.
they are too bussy now with key generating etc etc, not much chance for personnal support.
Try your MyPage on CWA website.

You can download the oxe from the ftp server. For the activatiobkey you have to wait for a mail from creamware. In my case 2 days. They will send you a URL which contains all your "keys". ( I think this is very strange) At the same time you can see your new activatib Key at "my page".

A precision : your hint was good. I've seen in MyPage on the Creamware site that my new activation keys now appear for Scope 4.5. Fabulous. Now, at work !

'scuse the daftness, but my 4.5 upgrade won't work - can't click 'next' even after importing the 'allkeys' file they sent me...?

Ahaa, changing the Install directory from the default C:/SFP (and existing) folder to a new C:/SFP45 folder did the trick

If this is what it says to do in the installation instructions somewhere please forgive me!
