you should definitely write again, possibly from a different address if you can. a spam blocker may have gotten you....
normally it's very quick, 2-3 days max, 1 day often. what address did you write?

I have waited 4 days. Maybe there is a lot of traffic because of special upgrade buyers.

From the Creamware site:
After credit card payment (we accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS), the software can be downloaded immediately and is ready for use at once.

Immediately indeed!!! And why we have to write! I don't understand.
Every commercial VST plugin has been ready to download same day I bought them and usually within hours!

I made the payment with credit card. The payment is registered in my bank.
I wrote to Creamware. I used 4 addresses:

rb@creamware.de
info@creamware.com
support@creamware.de
webmaster@creamware.de

Why I have to write something in the first place? Should I use the Invoice-Number for something?

Ok! My email address allows creamware's messages to come through. Activation keys should appear in my page after purchase. Right?

My emails always came through, so that part is saved
If he knows about he will help you out in seconds.

well, first of all it's the other way round:
the point is if YOUR email adress arrives at the intended destination.

The chain of servers that pass it on can be quite long (look at the header details) and it's enough that one single system (or it's respective domain) is blocked on the way, then your request never reaches CWA.

Spam blocking doesn't happen only at the clients end node, but all systems involved use their own method and the 'blacklists' used may have varying origins (there's more than one provider for that type of service).

In case you wonder: last year there has been a period when one of those blacklists blocked the complete .de domain - in other words: not one single email from any in Germany registered server was passed on by providers who used that list...

Ralf is really fast and responsive in context with registrations. He's one of the 'good guys'

cheers, Tom

I guess creamware is just happy to hold your money for you and offer no service or support, hell of a company. I've emailed everyone I can and no replies what so ever. I'm really starting to regret this purchase

I'm starting to get paranoid. What if there is some kind of system failure?

PlanetZ has at least two new forum members because of this thread!

You are very very correct on this one.
This is done manually and it take time to generate each key.

Please give the admin more time to deal with the requests at hand as many decided to take the last minute purchase.

Dear all,

Carneval startet last Thursday with the traditional "Women's Rule Carneval", found its heyday on Monday and found its end just today on Ashes Wednesday. Cologne is the beating heart of that tradition and very close. Please find some pics here

Well - besides that, during these days all people get drunk - and so did we =: - )
Sorry, just joking.

The good news is: we received much more orders during the past days then we ever expected - thank you all for your trust and support - very encouraging.

The bad news is: we received much more orders during the past days then we ever expected .....

We expect some freelance support on Friday and meanwhile will step by step create all required Allkeys Files - manually.

Anyway - we will ty our best to serve you as fast as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience, that this will take us some days to finalize. Sorry.

Best regards
Wolf

Hi Wolf, congrats with the new orders bulk, really great

It would be smart to put a short note also on CWA's homepage, to ask people to have some patience
Not everyone will find Planetz that soon I guess

I have got my keys now - I ordered my bundle on Thurday evening, and got the keys the following Wednesday lunchtime.

Spose that is 3.5 working days - not too bad. I'm not complaining - the bundle is such incredible value.
