Don't shout..
Stucking midi keys is something related to something wrong in the sequencer behaviour or in the flow of the midi messages through the sequencer. I've never had that phenomenon, I'd bet that if you play directly the synths from the card's MIDI input you won't have it either. It can also be system related...
Have you checked the eventual redundance of emulated ports? those are all things outside of scope, MIDI is a strange protocol and there are many regulations in the sequencer apps that can bring problems....

I you happened to have “Pulsar MIDI Dest” connected through a merger to the “Sequencer MIDI Source” and, or, “Pulsar MIDI Source”, this could be the problem. I remember somebody having stuck notes for a long time. The problem was in the way he builds his project. Check if your project is correctly built in terms of MIDI.

for me, a MIDI Filter did the trick. it seems my midi keyboard sent out both Note OFF AND a CC msg, so by filtering one of those 2 out, it solved my midi hanging and other midi related problems. just an idea..

alfonso, sorry but that's what i am talking about.
some synths always stuck. just from scopes midi source to synth. no mergers, no matter filterring. you can check the above topic i wrote in problems to see.
it is not that simple.
i really face a problem

No notes sticking (or lost) here. We use a UM-880 & UM-2 as well as several Scope midi ports. Notes normally only stick, hang or get lost (missed) here due to either Cubase not wishing to be looped or occassionally due to a synth having a bi-directional midi connection (IN & OUT) with a default midi setting of 'midi thru' switched on & causing feedback. (many units have thru switched on by default if they don't have a dedicated thru port)
