I use to do alot of programming with various synths like the ARP2600S, and Oberheim SEM, and the tortuous rackmounted DX-7's. Because I was young and stupid I was packing my beak rather frequently then. Not a good idea, however it seemed to accomplish the task at hand. Now I have a collection of LCD's and seem that after 6 hours I become very fatigued mentally. Are there any drugs, or vitamins which allow the membrane surrounding my brain to decrease in thickness, allowing more oxygen to penetrate?

Vegetarianism tends to reduce the nervous system's density, and so does the avoidance of all psychoactive chemicals (including cafeine).

Speaking of lunch, I will try a carrot/parsley cocktail tommorrow. I juice every day, and take Myoplex meal replacements on a regular basis now for 13 weeks. A new year resolution I plan to keep. It seems as though the oldert one gets, the harder you must work. I'm currentkly doing 2 gigs, rehearsing for 1, and negotiating my contracts for Fall o6', and Spring '07. My mobile rig allows me this oppurtunity.

and most important, take a break now and then.
.... a little walk

In Norway, we where doctrined to drink a spoon of "tran" (some cod-oil ) - a spoon a day and you reach 100.

New research have found no effect -
