Hi there,

there is a new Problem here since yesterday...
When i run XTC Mode and i load a Synth ( e.g Pro 5 ) and i want to save my Cubase Project afterwards , i get the message
"The Project could not be saved, because:
The Project is faulty or consumes too much memory! "

Is there anyone who knows about this bug?
I have this only when i load XTC effects or Synths....

Best

Daniel

I've not seen this problem before sorry. How much memory do you have in your machine? Have you turned of page file? If you close xtc plug then close project, do you get same message?
I think you should post this on a steinberg's support site also.

Hi mate,

i get this every time i load a ceartain XTC Plugin. I dont get the problem with Prisma or Vectron for example. And i´m running on an AMD 64 3200+ with 1 Gig of Corsair Ram. That should not be tha Problem. I will post the problem at the SX Forums, but every word, idea, whatsoever is greatly apprechiated!

Best

IS that an SX or Scope style pop-up, the "The Project could not be saved, because: The Project is faulty or consumes too much memory!"?

this annoying popup is cubase style....
but there is no problem with sb 404 , prisma and b2003 and the effects....
Its just the rest of the synths whish causes this error, and the error is just with saving the project, beside that all the synths load perfect and they play everything too.....
I really have no idea what this is about ;-(

It's just an idea but it may be your plugin directory Is your xtc plugin directory included in the cubase plugin directories.Maybe you need to update it.Personally I find the pro 12 a bit unstable the uknow works without any problems.
