I just bought a second card pulsar II card. The card has the v4.0 system. If I'll buy the upgrade to v4.5 what plugs I will receive. The site is a little confuse about this. What is more stabile version, 4 or 4.5?

Both versions are the same. the upgrade gives you added software only:
